Online 401K administration

401K's for small businesses under 10 employees are pretty much impossible to find. They cost around 2K which is quite a high cost.

An online self service application that would link to external accounts (schwab, etrade etc) and payroll or bank systems (ADP, administaff etc) that would let small businesses do self service 401K's would do extremely well.
